I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.

Beryl was a beautiful person, who would do anything for anyone, nothing was too much trouble. She was kind and generous and too modest by far. I was lucky to see her often and will miss all her help. I remember her when we were young for parties at her house with cream slices and brandy snaps but mostly for all the hard work she put into creating the best and most beautiful wedding cake ever. I asked her to make me a very simple and plain wedding cake but I changed my mind and this grew into a work of art! I don't think I was her favourite niece while she hand rolled each piece of chocolate. I love & miss you Beryl. Kim
